Prepared for review, not yet adopted.

Confirm the controller’s legal name, lawful bases, actual vendors and cookies, hosting locations, transfers, retention periods and request-handling process before publication.

01Scope of this draft

This review copy concerns Finaccru’s website and business software. It is not yet an adopted privacy notice. The final version must distinguish Finaccru’s own contact and account records from customer invoice data handled on a business customer’s behalf.

02Information and purposes

Finaccru’s existing notice describes contact, company, billing and account information, alongside device details, website activity and cookies. It identifies service delivery, support, payment handling, product improvement, communications and legal requirements as purposes of use.

03Sharing and security

The existing notice describes disclosures to service providers, disclosures required by law and transfers connected with business changes. It also describes security measures while recognising that online transmission cannot be risk-free. The final notice must identify the arrangements that actually apply to the e-invoicing service.

04Retention and international processing

Before this notice is approved, Finaccru must document how long each category of information is kept, where it is processed, and the safeguards for any international transfers. Do not treat this draft as a promise of a particular deletion deadline or hosting location.

05Your questions and choices

You can contact Finaccru about access, correction, deletion or portability requests. Available rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law. Browser cookie settings can control some storage; they do not automatically delete account or invoice records. For sale or sharing questions, use the Do Not Sell page.

06Questions and policy updates

Send privacy enquiries to contact@finaccru.com. An approved notice should identify its effective date and explain how material changes are communicated. The date below identifies this draft only.

Reference for review: Finaccru’s existing privacy notice. This draft does not replace that published document.
